1. How do I create an account?

 

To create an account:

1. Download the HandyBayani App from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Open the App and click on "Sign Up."

3. Enter the required information (name, email, password) and click "Create Account."

4. Verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your email.

 

2. How do I reset my password?

 

If you forgot your password:

1. Open the HandyBayani App.

2. Click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen.

3. Enter your registered email address.

4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

 

3. How do I book a service?

 

To book a service:

1. Log in to your HandyBayani account.

2. Select the service category you need.

3. Choose a specific service and click "Book Now."

4. Enter the required details and confirm your booking.




4. How do I track my service request?

 

To track your service request:

1. Log in to your HandyBayani account.

2. Go to "My Bookings" on the menu.

3. Select the current booking to view its status and details.

 

5. How do I cancel a service booking?

 

To cancel a service booking:

1. Log in to your HandyBayani account.

2. Go to "My Bookings."

3. Select the booking you wish to cancel.

4. Provide your reason for cancellation.

5. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm.

 

6. How do I request a refund?

 

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at wecare@handybayani.com within 14 days of the service date or product delivery date.

2. Provide your order number, details of the service or product, and the reason for your refund request.

3. Attach any relevant documentation, such as receipts or photos.
