Service Warranty

HandyBayani ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a reliable and quality service through our mobile application ("HandyBayani App"). This Service Warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer support and warranty for services booked through the HandyBayani App.
2. Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers the following services provided through the HandyBayani App:

Any other services listed on the HandyBayani App
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period for each service provided by HandyBayani is 15 days from the date of service completion.
4. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, HandyBayani warrants that the services provided will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with industry standards. If any issues arise related to the quality of the service provided, HandyBayani will, at its discretion:

Reperform the service at no additional cost to the user, or

Provide a refund up to the amount paid for the service.
5. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:

Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of booking

6. Warranty Claims

Requesting a Refund

Refund Process
